  • 4 breast halves of skinless, boneless chicken (6 ounces each)

  • 4 medium-sized red potatoes, cut them into wedges
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh, halved lengthwise baby carrots
  • 4 whole green chilies, canned, cut into slices of 1/2-inch

  • 1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of 2% milk
